The Negroni, a simple cocktail with 3 ingredients:

• 1 oz gin (I used Martin Miller’s)
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz sweet vermouth

You can mix these together on ice in an old fashioned glass (on the rocks) or stir them with ice and strain them into a chilled cocktail glass “up.” Either way, garnish with an orange slice.
