Simple Cocktails’ founder Greg Mays is BarSmarts certified and is a contributor to Nosh On It, Bon Appetit, the Kitchn, and Liqurious. As a seminar presenter, Greg and has given cocktail-and-cigar classes at San Antonio Cocktail Conference and Monte’s Cigar Shop, plus he is the pairings writer for Cigar and Spirits Magazine.
