I know this is a very late reply, but I am just listening to the podcast and thought I’d weigh in on the off chance you’d see this.
You mentioned how you could dye the Yellow Bird to make it green and I’d like to offer a simpler solution. Substituting the Triple Sec for Blue Curacao should change the color of green without altering the taste or adding any dye.
