Simple Cocktails’ founder and managing editor Greg Mays is BarSmarts certified, a top 5 blogger in Albuquerque the Magazine’s “Best of the City” for two years running, and is a contributor to other popular publications, including Cigar & Spirits Magazine, Nosh On It, Bon Appetit, the Kitchn, and Liqurious.
Greg is an experienced seminar presenter, and has given cocktail-and-cigar pairing seminars at San Antonio Cocktail Conference and Monte’s Cigar Shop, plus he is a correspondent and pairing writer for Cigar and Spirits Magazine. The Simple Cocktails team attends national cocktail conferences and travels internationally to cover relevant liquor and cocktail stories worldwide.
