    I’ve never tried that Jose Cuervo Cinge tequila but I have infused some Don Weber Reposado with cinnamon and made a cocktail with that and some homemade coffee liqueur and some java or chocolate bitters around the holidays. The tequila turns a beautifully deep reddish color after being infused with the cinnamon so it can be a very festive drink with a dollop of whipped cream on top and garnished with a fresh cinnamon stick.
